We are as eager as you to get your new pieces into your home. We will do our best to get your new items to you as soon as we can. Delivery times will range from:

Delivery Day Advice

To ensure the delivery of your item(s) goes smoothly, our delivery service will keep you informed on an expected time of arrival. 

• Be prepared with someone who can assist the delivery driver in getting the furniture inside your home.
• Please inform us if you are not located on the ground floor, as this will require extra staff and fees
• Measure your door openings and/or stairways to ensure that the furniture will fit into your dwelling. 
• If we are unable to get your furniture into your home, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. 
• For interstate deliveries, we do not take responsibility for items damaged during transit as we use third party delivery services and the item cannot be returned.
